To ensure a smooth Shipping & Delivery process:

• We begin order processing within 6 hours of Order Placement.
• Each item in our catalog is individually handcrafted by our artisans to provide you with your product.
• Every item goes through a series of quality control checks at various stages, from the leather to the finished product, to ensure you receive a premium quality piece.
• Accessories like bags and wallets will be packaged and shipped to you within 1-2 working days. Customised Garments with additional washes and special finishes, may require 10-12 days to be delivered.
• We provide our customers with Free Shipping across all products, on no minimum purchase value.
• In the unfortunate event that the ordered items are lost or undelivered to you, we will reimburse you with a coupon for the bill amount, for your next purchase with Indie Culture.
